Refund Requests:

Refunds for paid trainings will be approved if written request is received five days prior to the scheduled training. Refunds will be given, minus an administrative fee (25% of registration fee). All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@newleaftnvalley.com. No refunds will be given if request is received less than five days prior to scheduled training. If a participant fails to attend training, no refund will be issued.
